WHO WE ARE

MEET PHOENIX HEALTH CARE

In 1992, VHA Georgia (now Vizient Southern States) members created Phoenix Health Care Management Services, Inc., to serve as a greenhouse for its innovative ideas. Phoenix operates today as a shared-services utility growth company and continues to be the testing ground for innovation and technology for member ideas.

Owned by 19 Health Care Organization (HCO) stockholders, this separately-owned company exists to create and deliver innovative services and solutions that enhance economic and operational performance.
